STEP 01
Free Consultation
Let’s get to know each other! We will spend 30 minutes talking through your data needs, pain points, budget, and whether or not these services will be a good fit.
STEP 02
DATA AUDIT
We will sit down together to identify all your data streams. You will show me how you currently access your data as well as any current reporting on that data.
STEP 03
STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS PROPOSAL
I will compile TWO proposals on how to organize and consolidate your data streams and effectively utilize your data within the parameters of your preliminary requirements and current environment.
STEP 04
EDUCATION AND SUPPORT
You will be provided with a Business Reporting guide. It will go over basic business questions grouped by industry. In addition it will provide guidance on creating insightful reports from your newly consolidated data.
