Meet The Founder
Hello! My name is Saebyl McDoulett and I am a data nerd! I analyze, compute, gather, and interpret all that messy data so it can be more easily understood and strategically utilized in business. I bring the beauty to data! This helps business leaders get to the crux of their conundrums by helping them answer questions such as: which of our products performs the best? Should we run a promotion to this target audience? Where are we lacking?
I believe clarity around data is an integral part of growing a business and that all businesses (from solopreneurships to large corporations) should be able to easily attain this clarity. Unfortunately, in this endeavor, small businesses don’t receive nearly as much support as large businesses. I am very passionate about providing support and education around data to those small businesses so they can grow effectively.
In my corporate career, I’ve witnessed firsthand how mishandled data can greatly affect a business’s capability to make strategic decisions. In addition, the growing pains of scaling are numerous when data is overlooked, one of those being a big fat expense (not including the thousands of hours) to fix the issue.
Getting clarity and organizing your data is just one thing. But the thing I have found most lacking in the industry is presentation of that data. I pride myself on being able to marry data integrity with beautiful presentation so that not only are we answering your business questions, we are doing it with style!
I came straight from an undergrad in mathematics right into the field of data. Jumping into this industry provided me with a multitude of skills that I never would have considered before such as: UX Design, project management, and basic human psychology. All these things combined with the analytical training of my degree help me provide excellent products and support to my clients.
As a musician, I truly appreciate the beauty that can be communicated through our data. It is constantly telling us a story, not just a dry set of numbers. It is singing to us our accomplishments. It is indicating where we can do better. And, no matter what, we can always strive to utilize data more effectively just as we can always strive to perfect our music.
